Steamed Golden Pomfret

That's what we'll be having for dinner tonight! Yummy. I love steamed fish, something which my mom made a lot when I was younger. For tonight, mr fishy is going to be accompanied by thinly sliced ginger, garlic and shallots, and some wolfberries. A tablespoon of light soya sauce and generous toppings of tomatoes. Steam that for about 15 minutes (depends on the size of your fish) and serve immediately with warm rice. Delicious, to make your meal a little healthier, serve with veggies, like what I do, we're having spinach for company tonight :)
