We had fried bee hoon with (garlic marinated) prawns, veg, eggs and red capsicum. Oooo another yummy night. It's really great to hear Sam singing praises for my cooking every night. Never had this when I was working. I love not working... but got to go back to work soon else, we'd be very poor using up our savings.

It's been a long! time.
I didn't notice that my last blog is almost one and half years ago!! That long. Latest update is this, I'm out of a job. Quit my last job as it's taking too much of my time away from Matt and Sam, making me feel too tired to spend time with them etc etc..
It's fun not having to work these past 2 weeks. I have been cooking really great dinners for the family. See what we had this week.
Monday: Beef burgers with cheese, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms. Followed by fruit salad:strawberry, honeydew and orange, topped with orange sauce.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with mushrooms and sausages. Followed by fruit salad: honeydew, pineapple, plum, topped with honey.
Wednesday: Egg bake: Layers of ingredients are bread crumbs as base, sausages, ham, broccoli. Add milk and eggs, then top it with cheese. Lots of it. Delicious. More fruit salad, apple and plum, ran out of ideas, topped with honey again.
Thursday: Corn and spare ribs soup and french beans. Followed by cut fruits, apples.
Friday: Yummy juicy sweet sour prawns and spinach.
Last week? Well, last week was major clean up week, vacuuming and picking up all the toys and stuff, so we had simple soup and veggie dinners on most evenings. Will keep you updated soon :).
